It’s important to note that Contemporary Pilates is vastly different to what you may have though Pilates was. Slings Myofascial Training combined with Contemporary Pilates is definitely unlike anything you have tried! While we recommend starting with our online Fundamentals Course before moving onto our online or face to face classes, we absolutely welcome complete beginners into both. Just go at your own pace, listen to your body and your teacher to decide the best pathway for you.

Each class is carefully constructed to realign your body, hydrate your tissues, and develop integrated strength and suppleness. We love sharing our methods with everyone, from complete beginners and those who haven't moved for a long time, through to those with decades of movement experience.
How to get started?
