All purchases are non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.

Health Issues
a. If you have health issues then you must consult with your health practitioner before participating in class. By purchasing a term with us, you agree to discuss your condition and any special requirements you may have with your teacher. You should be comfortable throughout your class, if you experience pain please stop immediately and seek advice from the teacher.
b. By confirming your booking, you agree that you understand that the instructors at Sense of Space cannot provide medical advice and that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to commencing class. It is your responsibility to practice within your personal limits and to decide whether or not to follow the advice and guidance provided by the teacher.
c. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to ensure your health and safety, participation in classes with Sense of Space may result in damage, loss, injury or even death. It is a condition of participation that you agree and acknowledge this.
Bookings
a. Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds for absences due to work, other commitments or general illness once booked. If you have booked into a full term/course and for some reason are unable to attend a class, you are most welcome to send a friend/family member to take your place at no charge. Missed classes cannot be swapped to a different class, even within the same term, without exception.
b. Unused classes for term bookings or part term enrolments cannot be rolled over into subsequent terms.
c. We cannot hold spaces open without payment, please complete payment to secure your space.
d. Part term enrolments and casual classes are taken subject to space.
e. Sense of Space takes no responsibility for your belongings before, during or after classes.
Credits and refunds
a. Credits may be issued under exceptional circumstances only at the discretion of Sense of Space (e.g. major surgery, severe injury, death in the family).
b. Please contact us as soon as possible as we can only give credits from the date you contact us, not for classes already missed prior to this (we can often fill the space).
c. Credits may only be used as a deduction off fees for a subsequent term (i.e. no part term enrolments or casual attendance using only the credits).
Cancellations
a. If a teacher is unwell or unable to take the class, then a fully qualified replacement teacher will be available. In the rare event that a class is cancelled by Sense of Space you will be given the following options in this order:
i. Roll that class over into the following term (i.e. one class in credit to be deducted from term fees).
ii. Receive a refund for the class.
We will contact you to arrange these options.
b. Refunds for events, retreats & workshops may only be given if you cancel not less than 14 days ahead of the retreat date and we are able to fill your space. In the rare event that a retreat or workshop is cancelled by us, we will refund your money as soon as possible.
Amendment - December 2020
Contact Tracing – To combat the spread of contagious disease and infections. Patrons must register their attendance on every occasion they use a facility. Attendance can be registered at a facility by the on-site paper contact register. Paper contact registers will be provided to the City of Subiaco. The City will provide contact registers to the WA Department of Health in the event of a health outbreak. Patrons who do not register attendance may be refused access to a facility.
