The Aroma Touch Technique is a beautiful and simple system of therapeutic essential oil application that helps with stress management, immune enhancement, inflammatory response and brings the body back to balance.

I often give my boys an Aroma Touch Technique session before bed. When I do, they turn into putty in my hands. It helps them relax and sleep SO peacefully! It boosts their immune system if they are fighting a bug and is something so utterly lovely and connecting for us. My two year old said to me last time "Mummy I love this SO much!". My kids range from 2 - 10. As a mum of a pre-teen boy who is less likely to cuddle as often as he was little, it's been amazing to have something to connect us physically in a warm and loving way. I have a friend who's son is 21 and she said how powerful it was to be able to give him this all through his teens.

As the giver, I actually gain so much benefit too. I also get the benefits of the therapeutic oils and healing touch as well as the good feelings that come from doing something nice for someone else. They have picked up bits and pieces of the technique plus I have shown them the version performed as a hand massage. They often offer me or their brothers one when they are going to bed. It's very special.

You don't need any formal training in massage or bodywork. It's simple and designed for anyone at all. I highly recommend learning this simple technique. It is such a gift to give to others. Of course bodywork professionals can add it to their toolbox and offer it in conjunction with their sessions. I know several bodyworkers and sound healers who use this in conjunction with their treatments.
