Q. Tell us about yourself.
I am 38 years old. I am a mum of 2 kids 8&9 years old. I relocated from France to Perth 8 years ago.
Q. How long have you been practicing Pilates & Yoga?
I began Yoga 6 years ago and Pilates 4 years ago.
Q. Why did you start?
I was running a lot at the time, and I needed a good stretching activity. I heard about Pilates, and with a group of friends we signed up at sense of space, and never stopped since then.
Q. How has your practice changed over time?
I gained a lot more flexibility and strength.
I have much more insight of my body than before.
Q. What brings you back to the mat week after week?
I love the way I feel and the way my body feels after each class. I feel relaxed and much taller! ;)
Q. How long have you been coming to Sense of Space?
4 years.
Q. What is your favourite thing about Sense of Space?
I love the team. The teachers are very friendly and very competent.
Each of them have their own approach which makes each Pilates class very different and interesting, and which brings us a very complete Pilates experience.
